U.S. Obstacle Course Racing Organization Encourages Membership

As a national association, United States Obstacle Course Racing (USOCR) is based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and is dedicated to the growth of obstacle course racing. As the first nationally recognized sanctioning organization for the sport, USOCR encourages participants to sign up for membership.

To join the organization, individuals must pay a $49 annual fee. In return, they receive a welcome kit, which includes a T-shirt and membership card, and access to several benefits, including:

* Insurance coverage

* Race discounts

* Member-only shopping

The organization partners with more than 50 retail partners to offer hundreds of products in nutrition, sports technology, and apparel. It also works closely with major race companies to offer discounts on race tickets as well as year-round deals with local races that allow premium members to benefit from discounts.

In addition, those with premium memberships receive race-day insurance coverage whenever they participate in events sponsored by the organization. They can also cancel on the day of the race and receive a no-questions-asked refund.
